Help me grow!

• I grow best in warm and cozy spots protected from cold draughts, so bright filtered sunlight is the best for me. Too much direct sunlight harms my leaves.
• Water me thoroughly only after ensuring my topsoil has dried completely.
• Regular misting, especially in summer, is a must to keep me well-hydrated.
• A well-drained and fertile soil made up of good quality soil, sand and compost is the best growing medium for me.
• Regular indoor temperature and humidity suit me.
• I can live contented in the same pot for more than a year, repot only when my roots overgrow the container.
• Trim back my overgrown stems and discard dried leaves regularly to encourage new growth.
• I am toxic to pets, if my leaves are consumed.

1. How do you keep pests away from the plant?
   I am a hardy plant and usually pests don’t bother me. However, application of neem oil, citrus oil or eucalyptus oil sprays are effective in case of an insect attack.
   
   
2. Does the plant require fertilizers?
   Use a diluted organic fertilizer to feed me once in a month during the growth period.
   
   
3. How do you propagate this plant?
   Stem cuttings are the best method for propagation.
